1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Universal Aid LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a limited liability company registered in the State of North Carolina, United States, governing your access to and use of the MedicalEAid.com website (“Website”) and related services (“Services”).
BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES.
2. Description of Services
MedicalEAid.com is a medical tourism facilitation platform that connects patients with healthcare providers internationally. Our Services include:
- Information Services: General health information through our AI-powered “Digital Doctor” chatbot and website content
- Facilitation Services: Coordination between patients and healthcare facilities, including appointment scheduling, medical record transfer, and treatment coordination
- Travel Coordination: Assistance with travel logistics, visa support, accommodation, and transportation related to medical treatment
- Patient Support: Communication support, translation services, and patient advocacy during the medical tourism journey
3. Important Medical Disclaimers
3.1 Not a Healthcare Provider
UNIVERSAL AID LLC IS NOT A LICENSED HEALTHCARE PROVIDER, HOSPITAL, CLINIC, OR MEDICAL PRACTICE.
We do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. We are a facilitation service that connects patients with independent healthcare providers.
3.2 AI Chatbot Limitations
Our “Digital Doctor” AI chatbot provides general health information only. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The chatbot:
- Cannot and does not diagnose medical conditions
- Cannot and does not prescribe medications or treatments
- Should not be used for medical emergencies
- May provide incomplete or inaccurate information
ALWAYS CONSULT A QUALIFIED HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL FOR MEDICAL ADVICE.
3.3 Independent Healthcare Providers
Healthcare providers accessible through our platform are independent entities. We do not employ, supervise, or control these providers. We are not responsible for:
- The quality of medical care provided
- Medical outcomes or complications
- Actions or omissions of healthcare providers
- The accuracy of information provided by healthcare facilities
3.4 Emergency Situations
IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL YOUR LOCAL EMERGENCY SERVICES IMMEDIATELY (911 IN THE US, 112 IN EUROPE, OR YOUR LOCAL EMERGENCY NUMBER).
DO NOT USE OUR WEBSITE OR CHATBOT FOR EMERGENCY MEDICAL SITUATIONS.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our Services. You are responsible for all information you submit, including medical history, contact information, and travel documents. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of services.
4.3 Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Website
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

5. Fees and Payment

Our facilitation services are provided on a commission basis. Fees vary depending on the services requested and will be clearly disclosed before you commit to any paid services.
5.2 Third-Party Costs
Medical treatment costs, travel expenses, accommodation, and other third-party services are separate from our facilitation fees. You are responsible for all costs charged by healthcare providers and other service providers.
5.3 Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.
5.4 Refund Policy
Refunds for facilitation fees are handled on a case-by-case basis. Healthcare provider fees are subject to each provider’s refund policy. Travel and accommodation refunds are subject to the respective vendor’s policies.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the “Digital Doctor” chatbot, is owned by Universal Aid LLC or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
7.2 Limitation of Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Universal Aid LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
7.3 Cap on Liability
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us for Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
7.4 Medical Outcomes
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY MEDICAL OUTCOMES, COMPLICATIONS, OR INJURIES ARISING FROM TREATMENT PROVIDED BY HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Universal Aid LLC from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
9.2 Informal Resolution
You agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting info@medicaleaid.com.
9.3 Arbitration
Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
9.4 Class Action Waiver
DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time without notice.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
12. Miscellaneous
12.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Universal Aid LLC.
12.2 Severability
If any provision is invalid, remaining provisions remain in effect.

12.4 Assignment
